The Tamale Connect X'mas Soccer Fiesta came and went, and I must say it was a whirlwind of excitement and loads of fun at the Nobisco School field on that day. Yours truly sure was there, didn't take part in any of the activities; though in my head, I won all the games, especially the Scrabble..lol.
Anyway, for those of you who laid on your beds in your various homes, blaming the Harmattan for your inability to make it to the event, here are some pictures for your eyes. Feast on 'em!

On the 26th of December at the Nobisco football field, the second edition for the year 2015 of the Tamale Connect powered Soccer fiesta games would be coming up to round of the year in a beautiful way. As with other Soccer Fiesta events, the normal line up of Football, FIFA, Scrabble and major trash talking from all the teams gunning for the trophy is a constant, but this month's games will also include Ampe, Lime race, Sack race, Oware, and the squad with the most vibrant cheerleading team. So team captains better get their ladies ready.

The maiden edition of the Northern Music Awards came off on Saturday, August 1 at the Radach Lodge in Tamale. As it is with programs starting on time, this didn't; not that it's of any surprise. The slated time of 8pm mysteriously moved itself to 10pm, what with red carpet and all. Then there were the long speeches given by literally everyone who walked up on that stage, hmmm! All in all, it was a good show, for a first time event. The organisers just have to stick to time and less talking the next time around!

Mega4ce Innovations, a youthful entrepreneurial organisation is putting together the party of the year, and they are inviting you, the general public to come ease stress and let your hair down.
The party will be happening at the Discovery hotel on the 31st of July from 8pm til you decide to go home.
Activities include; performances by upcoming artistes in the metropolis, beer pong, cup basket, teeth 'n' sip, Shisha pipes and of course the night club will be open for all to patronise.
It's a ripped clothing affair! Not necessarily ripped jeans alone but any item of ripped clothing that you've got. The best part is that, its free for the ladies...what!

Tamale Connect Soccer Fiesta came off on the 25th of July, Saturday and it was a well turned out event. Eventhough the program didn't start at the stipulated time, once they got the ball rolling, there was no stopping them. I was there to watch and report as usual, and I must say that I doff my hat off to the organisers of the games; the turn out was impressive and excellent. Good job! Now here are the pictures!
