UPDATE: Kwaw Kesse Discharged.

Kwaw Kesse was discharged around 8:30pm, and immediately taken back to the Kumasi Central Prisons, where he is being held on remand. His lawyers have filed for bail at the High Court after a Kumasi Circuit Court denied his plea for bail. The plea is likely to be heard today or next week, according to sources.

Kwaw Kesse was arrested for smoking substances believed to be cannabis. He appeared in court on the 8 day of December but was put on remand to appear again on the 22 of December.
